| In addition to content management capabilites, MPBN needed custom tools to automate the flow of news to a wide variety of sources. Pinnacle has developed custom solutions which automatically: |
- flow news right from the news editing desk to the MPBN site
- associate related-media with a news story
- aggregate news headlines, and compose and send daily emails
- update news entries on Village Soup
- build daily summaries with links to podcasts and streaming audio
- submit news entries to Twitter
- integrate with third-party SaaS providers, using custom Single Sign On functions
Tool sets are ASP.Net, SQL Server and XML.

The Myllykoski Group, aka Madison Paper Company, sells paper to a lot of national companies. The companies rely on knowing where the shipment is so that they can schedule printing runs as efficiently as possible.

Since 2002, Pinnacle has provided services to physician group organizations including PrimeCare, Intermed, SMMC and others.
These physician groups and hospitals depend on Pinnacle's disease registry, "Touch Every Life" (TEL), to assist with their goal of providing quality care and receiving outcome measurements to track patients' progress.
Touch Every Life is a web-based program which can interface with EMRs, laboratories, and other health care computerized databases to allow for automated and secure data transmissions which provide up-to-date information on patients to enable health care providers to manage individual patients as well as at-risk groups more closely for better outcomes.

Working with Jet Clips, PInnacle developed a fully automated search tool that exceeded this client's expectations. With this automated search engine, Jet Clips sets up custom searches for clients with key information they seek.
Jet Clips' clients receive an email automatically with a list of articles, opinion pieces, and blogs from around the world that concern their business.

Abacus's web site was developed using ASP.Net/C# and JavaScript with an SQL backend to provide several areas of functionality.

Supported by a secure Administrator section, the staff at Abacus is able to maintain all of their web content with no knowledge of programming required!
As a provider offering a wide range of insurance products, the web site provides their clients, both employers and employees, with the ability to select and manage their own insurance options for LTD, STD and other options.
The web site has all ready boosted sales for this Atlanta based insurance company.

Boston Home For Little Wanderers/AIRS |
The Boston Home for Little Wanderers was one of the first agencies in the country to purchase Pinnacle's program for adoption agencies - AIRS - for their adoption program. |

The project was so successful that the organization contracted with Pinnacle to expand the AIRS program to be used by over 32 other programs across the state, including schools, drug and alcohol centers, after school programs and many others. In 2007 Pinnacle sold the AIRS product and it continues today as Irris Technologies.

Pinnacle created a web-based system for EastCoast Bio, Inc. to track the status of a request for a quote through its entire lifecycle, from creation of the request to receipt of the items by EastCoast Bio’s customers.

The system allows East Coast Bio’s employees to quote on client product requests, and enables them to track the status and history of requests. It’s a two-way communication tool for EastCoast Bio to communicate with global customers, and allows EastCoast Bio’s customers to place product requests as well as monitor the status and history of requests.
